RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, given the nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We can accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge; contact us here within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
• Unopened & Unused: If you wish to return an unopened/unused product, contact us here within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with.

Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or videos. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. CANCELLATION POLICY

If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order and the product has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
